IHOP

Eating at IHOP!

My 16 month old daughter is the most precious thing in my life and I will continue to do everything I possibly can to support her dreams, remind her daily of her inner and outer beauty, and to make sure that she knows that she is loved unconditionally. As her father, I will be the first man she falls in love with and I will be the rubric she measures every other man against. I know one day, someone will sweep my little girl off her feet, but they’re going to have mighty big shoes to fill.

At least once a month, my wife has an opportunity to sleep in and I get to take my daughter out to breakfast at our local IHOP. It’s our time to bond, talk, and dine on delicious pancakes. We play with utensils, color with crayons, and sing funny songs in public. I cherish those moments and it is my hope that we can create a foundation that will allow us to maintain a level of trust and honest communication that will last throughout our lives.
