Start off the New Year with Prime Photos and a $500 gift card!

Amazon has recently launched an all-new Prime Photos experience with Family Vault. If you’re already a Prime member, it’s FREE to use! It is an easy way to share and store your favorite photos. Prime members can also share their benefit of unlimited photo storage with up to five family members or friends at no additional cost.

With two children under the age of five and an aging canine, my wife and I are constantly cooking, cleaning, wiping, deodorizing and trying to figure out the best way to organize and childproof the contents of our home. Potty training is going down the toilet (or on the floor, depending on the day), and it seems like the kids can never get along for more than thirty minutes.

With that in mind, we have little time to organize my photos and finding a simple platform to share photos across various devices has proven to be a challenge for my friends and family that have various devices and live in different corners of the US. Although there are plenty of diaper changes and spills I’d like to forget, there’s countless memories that I love to share with our friends and family. We’ve tried various storage options over the years and am really happy that we’ve finally settled on Prime Photos from Amazon. Here’s why:

Unlimited Storage for Photos through Family Vault

I always found myself running out of storage, especially on my phone. I had a few thousand photos on my phone, hundreds on flash drives, more on an online cloud, and some on my computer. To find a photo more than a year old, I had to scroll through multiple devices and log into multiple websites to find them. It was a waste of time and frustrating. Access to Prime Photos includes UNLIMITED storage of photos, plus an additional 5 GB for videos and other files. Additional new features include: Image Search, People view, and Places view to make finding your old photos easier than even. With the all-new Family Vault, bringing family photos together is as easy as one-click or swipe from a computer or mobile device. And you can share this benefit with up to 5 other people!? With the cost to store data and photos, that could almost be a Christmas gift in itself!

It’s FREE for Prime Members

If you have Amazon Prime, you have access to Prime Photos and Family Vault. Download the app and go. It is a simple as that. If you don’t have Amazon Prime, consider making the investment. Amazon Prime is one of those investments that has made my life and holiday shopping so much easier.
